1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

Your taya77 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account to another individual or entity. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, nor may you access or use another person's account. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits made from joint accounts must be from accounts where you are a named account holder. taya77 reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to the originating payment method if third-party deposit is suspected.

4.5 Deposit Fees

5. Withdrawals and Payout Terms

8. Prohibited Activities

8.2 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other intellectual property on taya77 are owned by taya77 or licensed to taya77 by third parties. 8.3 Reporting Violations

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened subject to taya77 approval and completion of re-verification procedures.

9.2 Termination by taya77

taya77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or otherwise pose a risk to platform integrity or other users. Upon termination for cause, taya77 may confiscate account balances, void pending wagers, cancel bonuses, and ban you from future platform access. 9.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may incur monthly maintenance fees after notification. To reactivate dormant accounts, contact customer support and complete identity reverification. taya77 is not responsible for losses due to account dormancy or forgotten passwords.

9.4 Post-Termination Obligations

Upon account termination, all obligations under these Terms survive including payment of outstanding balances owed to taya77, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property restrictions, and dispute resolution provisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranties

taya77 services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for continuous availability and error-free operation, we do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical issues. You acknowledge that online gaming involves risk and that losses are possible.

10.2 Exclusion of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, taya77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10.3 Third-Party Services

taya77 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other external services integrated with our platform. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

10.4 Force Majeure

taya77 shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet service provider failures, or denial-of-service attacks.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding taya77 services, you must first contact our customer support team with detailed description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 5-10 business days). Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of taya77 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

11.3 Arbitration

For disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to pursue binding arbitration in Metro Manila under Philippine arbitration rules before resorting to litigation. Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable in Philippine courts.

11.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against taya77.

12. Changes to Terms
